On Nov. 16th, 2019, families can go to the Surrey City Centre Library and sign up for the Canada Learning Bond! Make sure you go to the library for a one-stop-shop sign up – community navigators, Service Canada and representatives from different financial institutions will be there to help navigate the process. Education Savings Week is also the same week and so to mark the occasion, your child could receive up to $2,000 from the government for post-secondary education.
