Is your organization working to end homelessness in Surrey? Our Leading the Way Home Grants might be able to help. This year, Surrey Homelessness and Housing Society has up to $250,000 in grants available to fund local initiatives.
Grant Supports New Recovery Beds for Realistic Success
A SHHS grant is helping Realistic Success Recovery Society complete renovations on a program house that will bring 10 substance use recovery beds for men and create administrative offices for this made-in-Surrey society.
Grant Funds Safety Upgrades for Storehouse Community Hub
During COVID, a dramatic spike in need led Storehouse Community Hub Society to rapidly expand its shelter and food bank. As the emergency subsided, Storehouse needed to upgrade its facility to meet fire safety regulations to keep operations running.
