Through the Surrey Homelessness and Housing Society Annual Grants Program, approximately $300,000 is available in 2017 for projects that create housing or that pilot new approaches to addressing the needs of the most vulnerable of Surrey citizens – those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Step 2. Complete the 2017 SHHS Grant Application and Grant Application Budget. You can download the application and budget templates at the links below. This is Stage 1 of the application process. For those organizations invited to Stage 2, you will have an opportunity to work with SHHS staff to revise your grant application.
Step 3. Submit your completed stage 1 grant application and budget via email to jen_mccaffrey(at)vancity.com by Friday March 17, 2017 at 4:00pm. All applications must include a completed budget form.

Since 2009, the Society has provided grants of approximately $200,000 to $300,000 annually to projects in Surrey addressing homeless and housing.
